  • Drink plenty of water for the rest of the day.

  • Stay relaxed - avoid stressful activities.

  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine for at least 12 hours.

  • Have regular treatments once a month.

  • Get plenty of rest.

  • Avoid eating heavy meals following treatments.

  • Headaches, muscle aches, sleepiness, and increased thirst are all normal in the first 48 hours.
