We understand that life happens and you may need to change or cancel your appointment. If you do, that's absolutely fine but there are some things that you need to know:
We will send you an email reminder when you place your booking then send another one 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, 24 hours notice is required. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you the full cost of your appointment should you give us less than 24hours notice.
